• Paypal: We now accept online payments through Paypal , which gives you a number of ways to pay conveniently online.  Click the button below to pay.  You must put in your balance amount, invoice number and street address to ensure payments are properly accredited to your account.  Paying with Paypal does not allow us to charge your card or account each month, thus customers are responsible for timely upfront payments to avoid interruptions in service.

MJ’s will service your lawn on a weekly basis for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, on a bi-weekly basis for the months of March and November, and one visit in December.

Lawn service will include:  mowing all turf areas, trimming all turf areas inaccessible to mower with a string trimmer, removing litter, edging of all walks and driveways, and blowing the resulting clippings.

Mulch

Fresh mulch will make a huge visual improvement to your current landscape. It will also help your plants retain moisture and nutrients, and prevent weeds from taking over your beds. MJ’s uses a high quality, triple shredded and dyed, hardwood mulch.

Aeration

This procedure involves removing small plugs of turf to help eliminate surface compaction. This helps let water, nutrients, and air into your lawn. Lawn aerating is an important service that should be done at least once annually for a healthy lawn.

Bush Trimming, Cleanup & Weeding

These services are provided on an hourly basis.

The customer will receive an itemized invoice on the 1st of the month for all work completed during the previous month.  This invoice will show each weekly mowing service charge in order by date.  Standard billing is done via email, although we can mail a paper bill at your request.
